• Polio certificate & dengue test report
• Hotel & air ticket reservation (dummy)
• CNIC copy of the owner of travel agency
• Passport copy of the owner of travel agency
• NTN of the travel agency
• Undertaking on the travel agency’s letterhead stating that the travel agency takes full responsibility of this entire trip of yours
• Cover letter stating your entire plan of activities in Egypt.
